Where do you get your fiber? I have had no shortage of getting free stuff, but i prefer undyed natural fleeces
which i process myself or just a couple of ounces of something new to sample. I get a lot of stuff on ebay, but the
best prices for good and often unusual fiber is
www.littlebarninc.com. they have reasonable prices and cool stuff. I am not associated with them in anyway. I met them at the
Rhinbeck Sheep and Wool festival in 2009 and really liked what they had.
Another farm, belonging to one of
our fellow spinners, raises Tunis and some other assorted breeds. You can check them out here
www.friskylambfarm.com County fairs are excellent ways to get to touch fiber, to meet people and test out different spindles.
One of the biggest ones is the in Rhinebeck
www.sheepandwool.com feel free to ask me about resources and i might know of a place.
